Last night I slept 9 hours - first time this year. Remember, sleep can help you lose weight. Here are some sleep tips.
Today - gym - weight-lifting. Beat 4 mins on rower. - 1
Plenty of fruit. + 1
Light dinner. + 1
Had coffee as very sleepy in the day. - 1
Have already lost 2 kilos this week.
Still haven't started early morning exercises, walking to work or yoga. Walking to work cannot start until my evenings are free. Currently I am working at home 5 - 11pm and if I walked home from my day-job then I'd be late for the evening job.
Equally early morning exercises at the moment are daunting.
I wonder where the lovely C is?
