Immediately, a problem:
Age: 24 (on Monday)
Height: 5'10
Weight: 205
Chest: 41"
Waist: 38" (41" at belly button)
Hips: 40.5"
Thighs: 23.5"
Calves: 14"
YOUNG.
Yes, he has some fat but at that age it will come off very easily. I predict startling progress.

Interestingly she says: "Regardless of weight, I've lost 2 1/4 inches in 3 days which is pretty amazing. To see these kinds of results so quickly is unheard of. Especially when you consider that before being offered the place on Dax's 30lbs in 30 days I was in the gym for at least an hour, 5 days a week...the results came but slowly. I'm now working out for a shorter period of time on a daily basis and ache all over, more than I ever did before." This shows the effect of diet as 90% of weight loss is achieved by activities in the kitchen! As said before. women lose weight more easily than men - which is why I am more interested to see the effects on men on this challenge.

But...he's ONLY 29 and doesn't look fat anyway!
I predict another immediate success...
The quest goes on...

George, your comments seem good natured, my friend, but why 'immediately a problem' if someone is 24??
ReplyDeleteDo younger people not count in the battle of the bulge?
Do they REALLY have an easier time of losing fat?
And 'women lose weight more easily than men' is, I'm afraid, incorrect.
Men have more muscle, grow muscle more quickly due to greater growth hormone and testosterone and therefore have the ability to increase their metabolism far faster than women.
Increasing metabolism is the key to fat loss and therefore, women are at a clear disadvantage : )
