Nothing much achieved. Went to First Floor for coffee (banned) and carrot cake (also banned) and toasted mushrooms and cheese (banned too!)

BUT I did turn down the offer of drinks at a pub.

And I did go to bed early...

And I ate a load of fruit

Tomorrow - exercise!
