So I ate bread and drank coffee....off to the gym again tomorrow. Will find a punishing circuit!

Meanwhile there's hope:

'My goal is around 10st7lb or around that area,' said a beaming Georgia, who lives in Aberdare, South Wales.

Last year doctors told the teenager, who is 5ft6in tall, she had to lose 20-stone or die.

Her weight struggle made headlines around the world and she was invited to a U.S. fat camp in a last ditch attempt to get her ballooning weight under control.

The once sickly teenager was placed on a strict diet after joining the Wellspring Academy in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina.

She was encouraged to do regular exercise and walked 10,000 steps every day.

Georgia, who was once addicted to chocolate, is now ready to return home for an emotional reunion with her mother Lesley.

She said she had gone from Britain's fattest teen to Britain's happiest teen.

'I can't wait to go home and look after my mum,' she said.

'I have so much more energy in me. At home I did not have an eating plan, eating very high fat foods.'

Good Morning America presenter Robyn Roberts told Georgia she had undergone a total transformation when she appeared on a segment of the show called The Biggest Loser....really'.

One of the most popular shows on U.S. TV is called The Biggest Loser with overweight people taking part in a reality show as they try to lose weight.

Georgia was accompanied on the show by Susan Boardman, one of the directors from the Academy.

Miss Boardman said the British teenager had inspired others at the academy and was confident she would be able to lose the extra weight as she had her eating under control.

Georgia will also feature in a photo spread in the celebrity magazine People.
